Peeps from the Streets is the Fashables street style post that we publish every Wednesday. Most of the shots are taken during random New York City outings in an effort to highlight the fun style the city has to offer.

I couldn’t get my camera out fast enough to take a proper shot of the girl on the left, but she looked stunning. The yellow sweater made her stand out and it was a nice added touch to her mostly dark outfit.
I think this can be called my “walking up the subway steps, dodging traffic, taking a quick photo of this guys outfit detail” trick shot. You’ll find that many guys are going crazy with the rolled up jeans look, but so many don’t realize that the original purpose was to show off the detailing of a high top shoe/boot. If you aren’t seeing this where you live, you will.
Funny story with this guy. I was walking down a street in SoHo and noticed his pink shoes out of the corner of my eye. While taking his photo he mentioned that he’s also a fashion blogger – meet Derek Warburton. I think I was supposed to know who he was… oops.
I’ve really got to get a hang of this taking photos while walking thing. This girls fur coat and tights had a lot going on and made for a fun outfit.
Remember the spring color you’ve been hearing about. Here it is in all it’s glory. This really seems to work for me. And if you’re wondering, the shoes are Prada.
