The first post from today highlights a tip for helping make your butt look good in jeans, so I thought it would be appropriate to highlight one of my favorite style of jeans. The Austyn, by 7 For All Man Kind, has been a staple in my closet for quite some time.
The Austyn is a relatively simple jean that isn’t overdone; yet they still have a touch of style. There’s a bit of a fade in the front, and a pretty standard 7 For All Man Kind pocket design in the back.
The fabric seems to stretch a bit which gives them a fitted look without a tight fitted feel. There are more fashionable jeans out there, but the Austyn is one of the best fitting jeans I’ve ever worn.
If memory serves me correct, most 7 jeans fit a bit tighter through the thigh. I’m an inline speed skater and cyclist, which means my legs aren’t skin and bones… and that doesn’t make buying designer jeans the easy thing to do in the world.
I like a jean that looks fitted in the thigh area (not to the point I feel suffocated), but also has a slimmer look as it gets closer to the foot – the Austyn has just that. Like most designer jeans, the Austyn comes in a 34 in lengh (or close to it) so you’ll need to get them altered.
Pick them up on the 7 For All Man Kind website for $169. And if you take issue with that price, trust me, they’re worth it. No matter if you buy these jeans or another pair of designer jean, quality goes a long way.
Thanks for the input about 7FAM. You have me convinced that I need a pair… just need to work myself up to being able to fork over the $$ for jeans!!
